Meet Our Team

Nick Patterson

Founder & Executive Director

Nick helps oversee the vision and long-term direction of Acres of Grace Academy. He supports facilities, farm-based learning opportunities, safety initiatives, community partnerships, and special projects that help bring our mission to life. Whether introducing students to agriculture, caring for animals, or helping with hands-on projects, Nick plays an important role in creating meaningful learning experiences.

Kierra Crawford

Director of Academy Success

Kierra serves as the heart of Acres of Grace Academy and plays a vital role in helping our students, families, teachers, and leadership team succeed. She supports day-to-day operations, assists with classroom activities, coordinates events, helps students thrive, and ensures that the many moving parts of academy life come together smoothly. Whether helping a student, supporting a teacher, assisting a family, or solving a challenge behind the scenes, Kierra is often the first person ready to step in and help. Her servant's heart and dedication have made her an invaluable part of our academy family.

Brittani Brown

1st Grade Teacher

Mrs. Brittani leads our First Grade classroom and creates engaging learning experiences that help students continue to grow academically, socially, and spiritually. She also coordinates our annual Water Day celebration and end-of-year student celebration activities.

April Patterson

Founder & Executive Director

April oversees academy operations, family communications, enrollment, curriculum planning, special events, and program development. She also leads many of our outdoor learning adventures, including creek exploration, nature studies, farm education, and hands-on experiences that encourage students to discover God's creation through exploration and play.

Tanna Walker

Director of Family Engagement & Fundraising

Tanna coordinates volunteer opportunities, family involvement, and fundraising efforts that help keep tuition affordable for our families. She works closely with parents to organize events, recruit volunteers, coordinate fundraising initiatives, and build a strong sense of community within the academy.

Molly Cooper

Director of Hospitality & Campus Operations

Molly helps create a welcoming and beautiful environment for students, families, and guests. She oversees facility readiness, decorations, event setup, hospitality, and campus appearance while helping ensure our academy remains a warm and inviting place to learn.
